My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was unique with lovely heritage houses being gentrified, and it was conveniently close to Halifax's attractions. The rooms were average, near the front desk, but had some maintenance issues like holes in the lampshades and loose tiles in the bathroom. The dining options were basic, and the service was lacking the expected level of attention. However, the quiet area and the convenience of the location were positives.
